We know that there is apprehension for many Afghans to go back and rebuild for the fear of security. There has been so much progress in Afghanistan and it is never mentioned in the news. Afghans living there today are very aware of its promising future. Since the 2004 Presidential elections millions of Afghan refugees have returned by doubling from 15 million to a 30 million population since 1997. Visit

1.It begins with stablility in Afghanistan. The country has made strides to be safer today then it has ever been in over 30 years. It's up to us in the U.S. to go back to the home land as cultural advisors. We need hundreds of Pashto and Dari linguists to continue the progress. 2.There has already been improvements in clean water, infrastructure, rural housing, womens rights, family laws, educations, and economic reform but we still have a long road ahead of us. With out Afghans returning all the advancements may cease to a halt and we will be moving backwards. Economic globalization will give the country economic growth for a job for every Afghan to be able to provide for their families.
